ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Manager with Bridgette Hearne's office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. At Bridgette Hearne's office you will find a warm, friendly environment with a loyal customer base. The office and agent have been in Austin since 1996.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Sales to current customers, warm leads and call in for quotes.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior State Farm Insurance experience
- General Lines Property and Casualty License
- General Life and Health License preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
